- Prior Notice: Students are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring session to be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the session cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in no refund.
2. Cancellation by Tutors:
- In the rare event that a tutor cancels a scheduled session, students will be entitled to a full refund.
- Alternatively, students may choose to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
3. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
